Open Lifting Studio

Is a semi private strength facility that allows only up to 8 women at a time. Diamond Barbells Open Lifting Studio is where you can come and lift during the day without having to stand in lines, wait for equipment or worry about racking someone else’s plates. It’s a place where women can train with other women and call home!!

Nutrition Plans

2 customized nutritional plan that will assist you in obtaining your nutrition goals. Your choice of plan weight loss, muscle building or maintenance.  Your plan will be developed and tailored to your personal goals, abilities, and schedule. Choose between a customized nutrition plan or a customized macro plan.
